I am a board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and Psychoanalysis.

I see patients online throughout California, Arizona, and Hawaii.

I obtained my education at the Mayo Clinic, Stanford, UCSD, and the University of Arizona.

My practice is trauma-informed and collaborative. I am not pushy about psychiatric medications. Nor am I shaming if you need them.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and writing. I am a best-of-the-net nominated poet with over 2 dozen poetry awards.

I accept a small number of patients so I can provide individualized care. I always ask for my patient’s preferences when we decide on a treatment plan.

My greatest joy as a physician is helping people heal and succeed!
